Letters of Hardship to Attend Moody Schools
Posted On:
Wednesday, April 17, 2019

Dear Parents,

We will start our enrollment process for the 2019-2020 school year in May.  More
information about the enrollment process will be coming soon
During the
registration process you will be required
, per the St. Clair County Board of Education,
to upload and submit two proofs of residence.   If your student is currently zoned
for another school in the county
, they must have an approved hardship/request to
transfer letter on file
to attend a school out of their zone.  All letters of hardship/
request to transfer
must be submitted annually to the superintendent.  The letters
must be on file in the superintendent’s office by the last day of each school year.
For your convenience a link to this letter is below.

Students who do not have a superintendent’s approval letter on file must enroll in the
school in which
they are zoned.  Please begin the process of submitting your letters
before the end of the school year
If you are unsure of your zone, you may check your
residency using the following link.

The Moody Schools will be adhering to the policies of the St. Clair County Board of
Education and checking our zoning very carefully during the 2019-2020 school year.

Any student who has obtained a hardship letter from the superintendent to attend
a Moody school
must adhere to the conditions set forth by the hardship letter or
be subject to being returned to their home zones.
